Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am - 12pm instructional time, 12pm - 2pm planning (no nights or weekends)

Responsibilities
- Provide small group instruction (up to 5 students per group) in reading, math, writing, and academic skills
- Deliver differentiated instruction based on student ability levels
- Implement structured lesson plans aligned with individual learning needs
- Support students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and learning disabilities
- Teach and reinforce executive functioning skills (attention, organization, task completion, independence)
- Collect and track academic progress data
- Maintain structured classroom routines and behavior expectations
- Adapt instructional materials for diverse learners
- Collaborate with outside support professionals as needed (behavioral and clinical teams)
- Participate in weekly lesson planning and curriculum development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or related field
- Valid Florida Teaching Certificate (or eligibility to obtain certification)
- Experience working with students with special needs (autism, ADHD, learning disabilities)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Experience with small group or individualized instruction
Preferred Qualifications
- Florida ESE (Exceptional Student Education) Certification
- Experience in autism support programs or special education classrooms
- Experience with intervention strategies or learning support programs
- Knowledge of executive functioning interventions
- Experience working in structured or behavior-supported classrooms
- Master’s degree in Education or Special Education
