Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables or bar seats with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock levels and supplies
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions about menu items, and recommend popular drinks or dishes
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure a safe environment for everyone
Experience
- Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes, bar equipment, and responsible alcohol service practices is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support busy service hours
- Must be over 21 years of age.
