Speedway Motors is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team.
Whether you're an experienced automotive professional or someone with a strong sales or customer service background looking to start a rewarding career, we provide the tools, training, inventory, and financing resources to help you succeed.
We are a veteran-owned dealership with two San Antonio locations and access to over 40 lending partners, allowing us to help customers across all credit situations. Our reputation has been built on honesty, exceptional customer service, and delivering solutions that truly help people.

What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Build relationships with customers through phone calls, text messages, email, and social media.
- Generate your own business using Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Follow up with internet leads and previous customers.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Demonstrate vehicle features during test drives.
- Work with our finance team to help customers obtain financing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes.
- Create walk-around videos and vehicle content for social media.
- Build a referral network that generates repeat business.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
