We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide home-based pediatric occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote each child's developmental progress
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain effective communication with supervising therapists and administrative staff
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License
- Current Article 9 Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
