Duties
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle dispatches using Housecall Pro Vehicle Dispatch Software to optimize routes.
- Utilize GPS tools to monitor vehicle locations, plan routes, and troubleshoot logistical issues in real-time.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Enter data accurately into software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships through clear communication skills.
- Assist Office Manager as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience with dispatching and customer service is value
- Familiarity with GPS software to enhance dispatch efficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
