Are you a proven leader in residential electrical construction?
Maynor Services Company is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee electrical installation crews and ensure our production and custom homes are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, developing people, and working closely with builders and internal teams.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Supervise electrical installation crews on residential new construction projects
- Walk and lay out production and custom homes before installation begins
- Coordinate daily activities with office staff, builders, field crews, and warranty technicians
- Monitor job progress and maintain production schedules
- Perform quality control inspections
- Ensure homes are inspection-ready and customer-ready before turnover
- Maintain accurate inspection records and project documentation
- Promote a safe, productive, and professional jobsite
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in residential new construction electrical
- Strong understanding of rough-in and trim phases
- Ability to read blueprints and layout homes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Optional Saturdays during heavy production weeks.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
