As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll work directly with customers to introduce wireless, fiber internet, and telecommunications services, explain available options, and help guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Meet directly with customers throughout assigned territories as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Introduce wireless, fiber internet, and telecommunications services as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Explain service plans, pricing, promotions, and available account options
- Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Build lasting customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-up as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Work toward individual and team performance goals while delivering a positive customer experience
- Stay informed on current products, promotions, and service offerings
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Account Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a customer-facing environment
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Interest in customer service, account management, sales, telecommunications, or business
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, warehouse, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
