This hybrid role is essential to creating a seamless dining experience for our guests by welcoming and seating them promptly while ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently. Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor upon arrival.

Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant's system.

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

Maintain a well-organized and efficient seating rotation.

Answer phone calls and assist with takeout orders when necessary.

Assist servers with guest needs as required.

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests.

Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and service stations.

Assist with refilling water glasses and bringing additional table settings as needed.

Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely manner.

Support the service staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
