Wendy’s General Managers are an integral part of the restaurant leadership and management team at Wendy’s Help run a million-dollar business through a strong passion and high standards for business results, facility appearance, and customer service.

- We will support you in building bench strength by developing a successful crew and crew managers.
Support and staff a Wendy's restaurant, including the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
- Ensure that restaurant objectives are reached in all areas while following all company guidelines.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
- Provides leadership, direction, training and development of your crew.
- Creates and maintains a "People Excellence" and superior customer service environment.
Qualifications:
HS diploma with 3 - 4 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
