Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for boba, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
- $16.90/hour plus tip ($21-28/hour)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of boba drinks following company recipes
- Operate pos and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area
- Take customer orders, handle transactions accurately, and provide excellent service
- Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent time management abilities to handle peak hours efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills to engage with patrons
- Knowledge of food handling protocols for safety and hygiene
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
- Experience in food preparation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with food service operations
