It’s a great way for a line cook to shift gears, or for a pastry graduate to get into the confectioner, candy maker, and chocolatier industry, or just try something new within the industry. MUST HAVE fast paced cooking and production experience.
Job Description:
-Pastry work includes: assistant to chocolatier, nut roasting, toffee making, confection prep work, ganache, caramels, cookies, simple doughs.
- Friendly and professional
- Fast, reliable and prompt
- Be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.
-Schedule is Monday through friday, 7 am to 4 pm. But open to flexibility along that frame! Overtime pay available in the holiday season.
