What You'll Do
As our Dental Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in the success of our practice by:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of our busy dental office
- Creating exceptional experience for every patient from check-in to follow-up
- Coaching, supporting and motivating a high-performing team
- Coordinating patient scheduling and ensuring appointment flow
- Working closely with our clinical team to support treatment planning and patient care
- Developing systems and processes that improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitoring key performance metrics and helping achieve practice goals
- Assisting with recruiting, onboarding and team development
- Supporting marketing initiatives and helping grow the practice
- Building a positive, collaborative workplace where everyone can succeed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous dental office experience is an asset
- Experience in office management, hospitality, healthcare or customer service is highly valued
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
