Schedule: Monday–Friday | Guaranteed 40 hours/week School-Year Schedule starts August: 6:30–8:30 AM and 3:00–6:00 PM (Guaranteed 40 hours/week with opportunity for 15 flexible hours for household tasks) Monday–Friday Summer Schedule: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (time-and-a-half paid for overtime hours)

Description:
A warm, welcoming Southlake family is seeking an experienced Nanny/Household Assistant to become a valued long-term partner in their home. Their two active, sports-loving children thrive with structure, encouragement, and positive engagement. Responsibilities Include:
- School transportation and activity transportation
- Assisting with homework and school organization
- Preparing healthy snacks and meals for the children
- Children's laundry and organization
- Managing family calendars and schedules
- Running errands as needed
- Supporting the smooth operation of the household
- Encouraging independence, responsibility, and positive routines
- Keeping common areas tidy and organized
The Ideal Candidate Is:
- A career nanny or household manager with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Dependable, proactive, and highly organized
- Punctual and able to manage a busy schedule
- Energetic, engaging, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children
- Comfortable supporting active children involved in sports and extracurricular activities
- A strong communicator who works well as part of a team with parents
- Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Looking for a long-term position with a wonderful family
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional nanny or household management experience
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to renew)
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report
- Excellent professional references
