Dupler Office is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Manager. This role works closely with sales, internal teams, manufacturers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard—all while consistently demonstrating Dupler Office core values and client experience.
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients after order entry and is responsible for managing timelines, budgets, documentation, and coordination across internal teams and external partners. This position plays a critical role in ensuring successful project execution from planning through installation.
Pricing & Order Management

Assist sales and project teams with pricing, product research, and technical order details

Prepare, review, and proof quotes, orders, and purchase documentation

Enter orders into internal systems and transmit purchase orders to manufacturers

Review order acknowledgements for accuracy, pricing, quantities, and ship dates
Customer & Account Service

Serve as the single point of contact for all client communications post–order entry

Maintain project schedules and budgets, escalating risks as needed

Provide regular updates and formal written communications to clients and project teams
Project Planning & Coordination

Define project scope and develop detailed work plans, schedules, and logistics

Coordinate dealer, manufacturer, and third-party teams to ensure project alignment

Provide technical consultation and support to clients and project partners

Review project sites, plans, drawings, and product specifications
Project Implementation & Fulfillment

Coordinate delivery and installation with service providers and installers

Manage on-site installation supervision in collaboration with contractors and trades

Create and maintain project job folders, drawings, schedules, and documentation

Attend planning meetings to interpret project needs and recommend furniture solutions
Project Administration

Maintain detailed project records, approvals, revisions, contracts, and documentation

Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Report project status during regular internal meetings
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, furniture installation, or design
Skills & Competencies

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to read and interpret construction, architectural, and furniture drawings

Solid technical knowledge of contract furniture, pricing, building codes, and applications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
