SB Specialty Metals is seeking a motivated and independent Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for industrial sales and a strong interest in the specialty steel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits and pursue new business opportunities (50%+ travel required).
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and technical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Sales, Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing preferred),
- Experience: 5+ years in outside sales within the specialty steel industry (Tool Steel experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50-75%.
