We have an exciting growth path ahead and are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our growing Lake of the Ozarks team. This is a hands-on position and requires attention to detail. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train someone who shows up, works hard, and wants steady employment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely
- Help with tear-outs, cleanup, and site organization
- Work outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Support the crew to complete projects on schedule
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Team oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- 1+ years of experience in construction preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and tools (skill saw, screw gun, hammer)
- Ability to use hand tools and small power tools safely
- Safely use step and extension ladders
- Ability to read a measuring tape
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must have a pickup truck (F-150 or similar) to transport tools and materials between job sites
- Must bring the following tools: 6' step ladder, Impact screw gun with T25 and Philips head tips and a 4" driver, Skill saw, Tape measure, Metal snips, Utility knife
Physical
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and in ALL weather conditions
- Must be able to bend, lift, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks
License / Certification
- Must hold a current Missouri Driver’s License and have a clean driving record
