FRONT SALES ADVISOR
Big O Tires of Safford Arizona is growing and looking for a Front Sales Advisor. The Sales Advisor is responsible for driving the sales within their location, develops and maintains positive relationships with customers by providing ongoing customer service, and maintaining expert knowledge on parts and inventory. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully maintaining and developing commercial sales. Develop new accounts through face to face and telephone contact with potential customers • Acts as contact for fleet customers; Actively maintain open lines of communication between Big O Tires and fleet customers. • Ensures appropriate documentation is generated for each sale and order. • Maintain records and processes returns. • Build and maintain strong relationship with co-workers. • Follows all rules and regulations found in the employee handbook. REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required • Excellent communication skills, strong decision making abilities, and excellent selling skills. • Great sales techniques and abilities.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
