Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Talent Acquisition processes, operational efficiency, and compliance across the region.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and global stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that improve hiring outcomes and candidate experiences.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to identify operational gaps and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Influence process adherence through data-driven insights, performance monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Support the successful adoption of process and technology enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and improve complex Talent Acquisition or HR processes through project coordination, change implementation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, leveraging data, metrics, and insights to drive informed decisions and measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups, communicate effectively, and influence alignment on priorities and solutions.
- Proven adaptability and resourcefulness in navigating evolving business needs, balancing compliance requirements with operational effectiveness.
- Digital fluency with process, technology, and AI-enabled solutions, combined with a continuous learning mindset and focus on innovation.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- Professional certifications in project management and/or HR management.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years of relevant experience required
- Develop and manage Talent Acquisition process adherence programs, identifying trends and driving improvements to strengthen operational consistency and compliance.
- Maintain AI agents and supporting knowledge content, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with current processes and policies.
- Champion continuous enhancements that elevate both hiring manager and candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Advocate for adherence to established policies, processes, legal requirements, and regional regulations while supporting audit readiness and governance standards.
- Conduct root cause investigations for Talent Acquisition operational issues, implementing corrective actions and contributing to global improvement initiatives.
- Support testing and validation of global process and technology changes, providing actionable feedback to improve effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
- Utilize data analytics, KPI reporting, and business process execution expertise to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively across regional and global teams, demonstrating strong communication, customer focus, situational adaptability, and a commitment to inclusive partnership.
