SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily operations at the property in the areas of landscaping, carpentry, painting, roofing as well as the performance of all routine and preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical integrity of the property.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 3 years experience in property maintenance, landscaping, carpentry and general repairs. Background emphasis on HVAC troubleshooting and repairs a plus
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must have a valid, clean NYS Driver's License.
Pay is $24.00 - 32.00 based on experience
$1,000 Signing bonus available after 90 days
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
