Who You Are
- You have solid residential experience and are comfortable with light commercial systems
- You are comfortable working on: RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, multi-system commercial properties
- You enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems — not just swapping parts.
- You communicate clearly with customers and explain things in a way they understand.
- You take pride in your truck, your tools, your appearance and your work.
- You value integrity over high-pressure sales.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and identify potential system concerns
- Communicate options clearly and professionally
- Work independently while knowing you have team support
- Represent our company with professionalism in homes and commercial buildings

Qualifications
- 3+ years HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
