We are currently hiring experienced Concrete Carpenters for a long-term construction project in Dover, DE. This position will support a large-scale project located on an Air Force base and will focus heavily on structural and site concrete work. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
Concrete Carpenters on this project will be responsible for forming, building, and assisting with a variety of concrete structures including:

Concrete foundations

Slab-on-grade construction
-
Concrete walls and columns
-
Structural concrete roof slabs
-
Concrete loading docks
-
Site paving concrete
-
Build, set, and strip concrete forms
-
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
-
Measure, cut, and assemble forming materials
-
Install embeds, anchor bolts, and layout components accurately
-
Assist with concrete pours and finishing operations as needed
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-
Work collaboratively with crews and supervisors to meet production schedules
-
Previous experience as a Concrete Carpenter on commercial or industrial projects
-
Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems and layout
-
Ability to work outdoors in varying jobsite conditions
-
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
-
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
