High school diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to meet school compliance requirements, including TB testing and current clearances (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)
Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting as needed Preferred Background
Experience within schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
Skilled at supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not essential
Reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach to teamwork Core Responsibilities
Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom environments
Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by educators
Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom engagement
Implement behavior support plans and support individualized education programs (IEPs)
Supervise, assist with mobility, and meet personal care needs for students when required
