We're currently looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician who is ready to build a career in residential HVAC service. Trade school graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a field-based role with local routes only in Collin County. We focus on keeping drive time low so techs can stay productive and home on time.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Limited on-call rotation as experience develops
What You'll Do

Assist with and perform residential HVAC maintenance and service calls

Learn diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair procedures

Deliver professional, customer-focused service in the field

Work alongside experienced technicians to build skill and confidence
What We're Looking For

Trade school HVAC graduates strongly preferred

Entry-level to 2 years of residential HVAC or related experience

EPA certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Must have basic hand tools
