We run high-volume, warehouse-style TikTok Shop auction livestreams featuring rugs, home goods, furniture, bedding, and other lifestyle products.
About the Role
We are hiring TikTok Shop Livestream Sales Hosts to join our Ontario, CA team.
This is a sales-driven position. Your main goal is to sell products and drive GMV during TikTok livestreams.
You will present products, explain their value, create excitement and urgency, interact with viewers, handle customer questions and objections, and encourage viewers to complete their purchases.
We are looking for someone who is confident on camera, highly energetic, competitive, persuasive, and comfortable working toward sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Host TikTok Shop auction livestreams and drive sales
- Present and demonstrate products in an engaging and persuasive way
- Highlight product value, features, pricing, deals, and promotions
- Create urgency and encourage viewers to place orders
- Communicate with viewers and answer questions in real time
- Handle customer concerns and sales objections
- Maintain strong energy throughout long livestream sessions
- Work toward daily livestream GMV and sales targets
- Quickly learn new products and selling points
- Work closely with the warehouse and livestream support team
- Create TikTok product videos when needed
Requirements
- Strong sales mindset and motivation to hit sales goals
- Confident, energetic, and persuasive on camera
- Comfortable talking and selling continuously during livestreams
- Active on TikTok and familiar with TikTok content and trends
- Experience creating videos or short-form social media content
- Able to think quickly and adapt during live situations
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment
- Reliable, punctual, coachable, and performance-driven
- Must be able to work on-site in Ontario, CA
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is highly preferred
- TikTok Shop livestream selling experience
- TikTok LIVE or Whatnot hosting experience
- Retail, commission-based, or high-volume sales experience
- Experience selling products on camera
- Experience creating TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or UGC content
- Customer service or product demonstration experience
- Lives near Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Fontana, or surrounding areas
