Bilingual Production Supervisor - 1st Shift
Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support production team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and attendance goals.

Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules are met efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor production performance, identify operational challenges, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous workflow.

Drive employee development and continuous improvement initiatives through training, performance feedback, and process optimization efforts.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.

Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing or production experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role.

Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards within a manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced operation.

Experience with production management systems, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred.
