- Support team members during busy periods and collaborate to meet store goals.
- Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Skills
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in a grocery store setting.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer needs.
- Knowledge of product demos to engage customers and promote sales.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
