The Role
As a Solar Sales Contractor, you’ll work face-to-face with homeowners — generating leads, setting appointments, and closing deals.
- Brand new? We’ll train you and start you in a setter role.
- Experienced? You can close deals right away based on your ability.

- Generate leads, set qualified appointments, and close sales.
- Represent Flex NRG with energy, confidence, and professionalism.
