Falafel Inc is seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to lead restaurant operations at one of our high-volume locations in the Mid-Atlantic region.
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of store performance, including team leadership, operational execution, financial performance, guest experience, and maintaining brand standards. This role requires a hands-on operator who can lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while driving consistent results.

Compensation

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, develop, and manage hourly and management team members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and operational execution
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food cost, and controllable expenses
- Drive sales performance and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company standards
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs and store performance metrics
- Recruit and retain strong team members while building a positive workplace culture
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and operational improvements
At Falafel Inc, General Managers are expected to lead from the front. This is a fully hands-on operating role where managers actively work alongside their teams during store shifts. Responsibilities include supporting front-line guest experience, operating the cashier when needed, assisting on food stations, supporting peak-hour execution, and ensuring operational excellence throughout every shift.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in fast casual, QSR, or high-volume hospitality
- Previous General Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage financial performance and labor targets
- Ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced environment
- High standards for cleanliness, hospitality, and operational discipline
- Ability and willingness to work actively in restaurant operations alongside team members
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed
