WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical, cooling, and more
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, fluid services)
- Accurately flag work and meet quality standards
- Complete inspections and make repair recommendations
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience (ASEs a plus, not required)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Flat-rate mindset with efficient work habits
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Motivated, team-oriented, and ready to grow
