The Mitigation Project Manager will work in conjunction with the Project Director (PD) to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional mitigation projects simultaneously. This role reports to the PD at least three times a week regarding job status and requires close collaboration with adjusters, technicians, supervisors, and the Regional Manager.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee high-risk, complex mitigation projects while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, SCAQMD, and DOT requirements.
- Financial Oversight: Execute PD instructions regarding payment terms, collect outstanding A/R, and request payments upon substantial completion of work.
- Communication: Provide technical explanations to clients and adjusters, and coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel.
- Operations: Manage projects, work orders, and forecasting using Salesforce. Coordinate after-hours emergency services, including board-ups and water damage.
Required Technical Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency: MS Office, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and Salesforce.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in Superintendent/Team Management covering all phases of construction/mitigation.
