Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting discovery solutioning close Identify, qualify, and develop high-potential enterprise accounts across robotics, autonomy, and embodied AI teams
Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
Drive renewals, expansions, and multi-threaded stakeholder alignment within existing accounts
Lead technical discovery, define success metrics, and translate customer requirements into clear solution scopes
Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to both technical and executive stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and customer success
Represent Lightwheel at industry events, customer onsite meetings, and strategic partner discussions
1+ years of experience in technical sales, enterprise sales, solutions consulting, or business development, with strong ownership and execution ability
Proven account management and relationship-building skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations and demos that drive engagement and opportunity progression
Comfortable translating customer requirements into technical solutions and coordinating with internal teams to execute
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, technical environments
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Background in AI, robotics, simulation, synthetic data, or ML infrastructure is a strong plus Highly organized, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills
Experience selling to robotics, autonomy, or AI infrastructure buyers (e.g., Head of Robotics, VP Engineering, Head of Data / ML)
Previsouly working as Product Manager in Tech Company
Familiarity with simulation and robotics stacks such as Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, Unity, Unreal, ROS
Experience supporting complex enterprise buying cycles (security review, procurement, legal)
Exposure to high-ACV or multi-stakeholder deals (e.g., $100K+ ACV)
