Concessions Coordinator - Yoncalla School District
Yoncalla School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Concessions Coordinator for the Fall season: approximately mid-August through the end of October. **End date is based on regular season schedule for both sports and may be extended due to districts or playoffs.
To Apply:
Salary: $1,000 stipend for the Fall season (Football and Volleyball)
Duties: This is not an exhaustive or all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, or functions associated with the job.

Coordinating volunteers for shifts with students and staff/community members/volunteers

Coordinating purchases with the high school secretary
-
Managing concessions at games and events
-
Ordering and purchasing supplies and food

Cleaning
-
Coordinating purchase of permits
-
Preparation and break down of concessions trailer (when used)

Preparing square reports of deposits
-
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Must possess a food handlers' permit and have a working knowledge of food safety.

Experience using Square is preferred.
Background check conducted.
