We are a growing modest women/girls' clothing company located in Glenpool, Oklahoma. Our team works together to fulfill online orders, organize inventory, process new products, handle returns, and support the daily flow of our retail and stockroom operations.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are hiring a full-time Stockroom & Fulfillment Associate to help with daily order (clothing) fulfillment, inventory organization, product processing, returns, and general warehouse/stockroom support.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position. The right person will be dependable, detail-oriented, organized, able to stay focused, and comfortable being on their feet throughout the workday. Daily deadlines are a regular part of this position, so accuracy, speed, and good time management are important.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Pulling customer orders accurately from stockroom inventory
- Packaging and preparing orders for shipment
- Mailing/shipping orders according to company procedures
- Helping maintain organized stockroom inventory
- Restocking, sorting, labeling, and straightening product areas
- Unboxing and processing new product arrivals
- Checking items for accuracy, condition, sizing, and organization
- Processing customer returns according to company policy
- Pulling products needed for photoshoots, product listings, or marketing needs
- Helping keep the stockroom, shipping area, and workspaces clean and safe
- Following established processes and written instructions
- Communicating clearly when something is missing, unclear, delayed, or incorrect
- Updating assigned tasks or statuses in company systems when required
- Assisting with other reasonable stockroom, storefront, or office support tasks as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires regular physical activity, including:
- Standing and walking for much of the workday
- Bending, reaching, sorting, stocking, and pulling inventory
- Lifting and carrying boxes or inventory items
- Moving boxes and inventory safely throughout the warehouse
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed
- Asking for help with heavier, awkward, or unsafe items
- Using carts, shelves, racks, and stockroom equipment safely
- Working in a stockroom/storefront/office combination environment
We do not expect employees to overdo it or lift beyond what is safe. Employees are expected to use good judgment and ask for help when lifting or moving heavier items.
Closed-toe shoes may be required for stockroom, shipping, receiving, or inventory work.
WORKPLACE EXPECTATIONS
This is a professional workplace with clear expectations. Employees are expected to arrive on time, be ready to work at the scheduled start time, complete assigned tasks, communicate before deadlines if help is needed, and follow company procedures.
This role requires someone who can stay organized, work independently after training, and help keep the flow of work moving for the rest of the team. Mistakes can happen, but we expect honest communication, timely updates, and a willingness to correct issues quickly.
Employees are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding customer information, company systems, inventory, internal processes, and business information.
EXPERIENCE
Warehouse/stockroom, shipping, order fulfillment, retail inventory, or e-commerce experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work.
COMPENSATION
- $16.50–$18.50 per hour depending on experience
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
