At Admirable Home Care, we're searching for two exceptional Registered Nurses to join our Founding Team as Supervisory RNs.
As a Founding Supervisory RN, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care while helping establish the clinical excellence our agency will become known for throughout our community.

What You'll Do
- Conduct initial nursing assessments for new clients.
- Complete supervisory visits in accordance with Alabama regulations.
- Perform reassessments and update care plans as needed.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to our Quality-of-Life Partners (caregivers).
- Coach, mentor, and educate caregivers to ensure quality care.
- Ensure documentation meets agency and regulatory standards.
- Identify changes in client condition and communicate appropriate recommendations.
- Participate in quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to maintain exceptional client outcomes.
- Travel to clients' homes throughout our service area.
Qualifications
- Active Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
- Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable, insured vehicle.
- Ability to travel independently throughout the service area.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening.
- Fingerprinting required.
- Professional, compassionate, dependable, and committed to excellence.
Travel Requirements
This position requires travel to client homes throughout our service area.
Applicants must have reliable transportation and maintain current automobile insurance.
