As an AT&T Team Member , you will assist customers by providing information about AT&T Fiber services, answering questions, and helping individuals determine which solutions best fit their needs.
Through hands-on training, the AT&T Team Member will learn customer service best practices, product knowledge, and effective communication skills. This role involves supporting customer interactions and helping create a positive experience throughout the customer engagement process.
Role Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member
- Answer customer questions and offer professional guidance regarding internet connectivity solutions.
- Help customers understand available AT&T Fiber plans and services based on their household or business needs.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and attentive service.
- Support team objectives by delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining accurate customer information.
- Participate in ongoing training related to AT&T Fiber products, customer support techniques, and professional development.

Pay: $925.00 - $1,460.00 per week
