Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will anticipate executive needs, manage administrative tasks, and utilize IT tools efficiently to streamline operations. This role requires strong communication, discretion, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with modern productivity and software
Core Responsibilities
· Serve as a primary liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
· Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
· Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and support expense reporting
· Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents using digital tools
· Oversee confidential information and maintain secure record-keeping systems
· Support strategic projects, track progress, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
· Organize company and client events, both in-person and virtual, integrating IT tools for seamless execution
· Act as a gatekeeper for emails, calls, and correspondence to optimize executive time
· Provide technical support for office applications, software troubleshooting, and IT-related tasks, ensuring efficient workflow
Technical Skills
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Competence with document management platforms (SharePoint, Dropbox,), and other software.
· Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and assist in software and hardware implementation and support.

· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
· Advanced organizational, multitasking, and time management capabilities
· High discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive company information
· Strategic thinking, problem-solving, anticipation, and decision-making

Experience and Education
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
· 3–5 years of experience supporting executives or in a similar high-level administrative role
· Previous exposure to digital workflows, data management, and IT-related office tasks is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
· Certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Executive Assistant (CEA)
· Experience supporting C-suite executives in technology-driven work environments

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
