Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
This position is part-time initially, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as caseload and service needs grow. Hours will primarily be after school, evenings, and weekends to support client needs.
The position may include hours in our Naperville center as well as providing services in local school and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Train and collaborate with caregivers, educators, and behavior technicians
- Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure optimal client progress
- Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and Illinois licensure (or eligibility)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong analytical, leadership, and collaboration skills
