We're looking for a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Handyman to support our Dunkin' stores with routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. If you like working with your hands, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly - this is the job for you!

Perform basic repairs and maintenance across multiple Dunkin' locations (plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, painting, etc.)
Inspect and troubleshoot issues with equipment, fixtures, and building systems (including coffee equipment, refrigeration, fryers, etc.)
Respond quickly to service requests from store managers
Support preventative maintenance schedules and safety inspections
Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs when needed
Assist with small improvement projects and store updates
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assisting with other duties when assigned and or helping other team members
Ensure work is done efficiently and in compliance with health and safety standards
2+ years of general maintenance, handyman, or facility support experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
Strong knowledge of basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, equipment)
Ability to travel between store locations as needed (valid driver's license required)
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
