Duties

- Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials or tools during tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and work areas
- Complete documentation related to tasks performed or materials used as required
Experience
- Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs
