Licensed Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist (Remote – Required Experience)
Pay: $17.55–$20.00/hr + Monthly Bonuses ($500–$1,000+)
Location: 100% Remote (MI, WI, IN, FL, GA, NC, SC, TX only)

About the Role
This is a high-volume inbound call center role with sales responsibility. You will assist customers while identifying opportunities to recommend and close insurance products.
This is not an entry-level or service-only position — success in this role requires comfort with sales goals, call metrics, and performance expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Handle 40–50+ inbound calls daily
- Support customers with billing, claims, and policy updates
- Drive sales by identifying needs and closing opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales, quality, and productivity metrics
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (MI, WI, IN, FL, GA, NC, SC, or TX)
- 1+ year recent call center experience (high-volume required)
- 1+ year sales experience (quota or conversion-based)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment
- High-speed internet + wired phone setup (no mobile/hotspots)
- Must pass a federal background check
- Must reside in an eligible state (TX exclusions: Dallas, Euless, San Antonio)
Compensation & Benefits
- $17.55–$20.00/hour base pay
- Monthly bonuses ($500–$1,000+)
- Top performers earn up to $66,000/year

Schedule & Training
- Start Date: July 2026
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET
- Work schedule: Weekdays between 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM ET
- No nights or weekends
