Hourly Pay: $24.00 - 26.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: 3082 E 700 S, Spanish Fork, UT 84660
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

The HR Coordinator supports day‑to‑day HR operations by coordinating new-hire onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring training and compliance requirements are met. This role is highly detail‑oriented, service‑focused, and central to creating a smooth, organized, and positive employee experience.
New Haven serves adolescent girls (ages 14–18) and their families through trauma-informed, relationship-based care. With campuses in Spanish Fork and Saratoga Springs, we offer a warm, home-like setting that blends therapeutic support with accredited academics. Our focus areas include trauma recovery, family systems, emotional regulation, and mental health.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Orientation: Coordinate new‑hire onboarding and deliver orientation.
Employee Records: Maintain personnel files and manage required documentation.
HR Systems: Complete accurate data entry across HRIS, learning systems, and engagement platforms.
Training Compliance: Track training deadlines and maintain certification records.
Employee Support: Assist with employee relations and recognition efforts.
Audit Preparation: Support Joint Commission and regulatory audit readiness.
Policy Guidance: Interpret and communicate HR policies to employees and managers.
Program Partnership: Provide consistent communication and support to program leadership.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HRIS and database systems.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver professional, employee‑focused service.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across departments.
Professionalism: Composure and reliability in a variety of employee interactions.
Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB test.
