What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and security-related policies at the location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to docks, yards, gates, and other restricted areas.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and shipping and receiving zones, with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Document daily activities, access-related events, and unusual conditions, and communicate clearly with site personnel regarding security-related concerns and/or operational issues.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
