Front Desk Agent
This particular position is for the hours of 2pm - 10pm. I also have other shifts available
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's computer system
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive impression of the hotel
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
