The Mission (Your Daily Drive):
- Command the Floor: Train, motivate, and accountability-check a fast-paced sales team to crush monthly volume and gross targets.
- Master the Desk: Structure deals with precision, maximize Stellantis incentives, and turn absolute "maybes" into keys in hand.
- Dominate Used Trucks: Keep our pre-owned truck inventory turning fast by sharp-shooting trade appraisals and knowing exactly what the High Desert wants to buy.
- Drive the Culture: Foster an electric, high-energy showroom environment built on transparency, massive effort, and winning.
Your DNA (The Specs):
- Truck Market Expertise: 2–3 years of automotive sales management experience. (CDJR / domestic truck experience means you start at the front of the line).
- Desking Muscle: Expert-level deal structuring, subprime familiarity, and proficiency with modern dealership tech (vAuto, VinSolutions, etc.).
- Wolfpack Mentality: A proven closer who leads by example on the floor, not from behind a closed office door.
- Lancaster Savvy: You understand the unique, hard-working demographic of the Antelope Valley and know how to build lasting community trust.
