About Tessa Summer Camp: Tessa “Fun, Friends, and Discoveries” Summer Camps are thoroughly enjoyable language immersion programs in three languages – Spanish, French or Mandarin!
Children explore a range of fun multi-sensory, highly interactive activities with their teacher in the target language, from outdoor fun, to indoor creative play, singing, games, music and movement. Children have fun while learning a language and being exposed to a different culture.

Tessa International School is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Summer Camp French Assistant Teacher to join Team Tessa!
The Summer Camp French assistant will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting your class’s Lead Teacher teaching to students ranging from ages 2 to 10 years old, five days a week from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
Tessa Summer Camp is running for 9 weeks, Monday through Friday, starting on June 29th until August 28th.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists with classroom and behavior management

Keeps the classroom and the school clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

Assists Lead Teacher in a range of tasks as needed

Assists with pastoral care

Leads outdoor play and any field trips

May perform diaper changing, feeding and soothing of very young children depending on the class

Assists in other duties as assigned by leadership
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4 pm .
Qualifications:

Must be a French native speaker or fully bilingual

Permission to work legally in the USA

Love of young children

Caring, empathetic, kind

Experience with young children preferred

Positive and mature personality

Assistant teaching or teaching experience preferred
Pay: $740.00 per week
