Salary up to $115,000 + Bonus
We are working with a great client of ours, a growing, multi-location, PE-backed organization, to find an experienced Assistant Controller to join their team. This is a highly visible role working directly with executive leadership and supporting a company undergoing significant growth and expansion. This role is fully onsite in Nashville but is flexible to occasional hybrid work as needed.

Lead month-end close and financial reporting processes

Prepare and analyze financial statements and KPIs

Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning

Partner with operational leaders across multiple locations

Assist with ERP integrations and process improvements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

6+ years of progressive accounting experience

Multi-entity accounting experience

Strong forecasting and financial reporting skills
