EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position supports a wide range of administrative and tenant service tasks across the housing programs. The role focuses on assisting residents, handling documentation, and providing reliable front desk support. As a Bilingual Management Aide for the York Housing Authority, you will perform the following duties:

Eligibility Calculations: Complete rent and eligibility computations for program participants

Documentation Review: Verify and process required forms for annual reexams and interim updates

Public Assistance: Respond to inquiries about guidelines, requirements, waiting lists, and housing availability

Record Management: Scan, index, and update participant files and notes in the computer system

Front Desk Support: Provide reception coverage and route maintenance concerns from tenants

Program Assistance: Support a variety of administrative, fiscal, and occupancy tasks across housing programs
Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment

Work hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
