The Football Academy NJ is continuing to grow and is currently looking to add ambitious, motivated, and professional coaches to our coaching staff. We are looking for staff to work in all areas of our Academy from 7v7 to MLS NEXT and Girls Academy Platforms.
The Football Academy NJ is a high-level player development organization committed to creating an environment where players and coaches can develop, learn, and perform. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for the game and want to be part of a progressive and fast-growing soccer organization.
The Role
Successful candidates will work within The Football Academy NJ’s player development structure, coaching and supporting players across our academy programs and competitive teams.
Responsibilities may include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality training sessions
- Coaching competitive academy teams
- Supporting individual player development
- Managing players and teams on game days
- Communicating professionally with players, parents, and staff
- Working collaboratively with Directors and other academy coaches
- Attending staff meetings and coach development opportunities
- Maintaining high professional standards on and off the field

Previous coaching experience and US Soccer or UEFA coaching qualifications are preferred. However, we are also interested in ambitious developing coaches who demonstrate the right attitude, personality, and willingness to learn.
