We're seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one support to young adults with autism in their homes and throughout the community. This is an excellent opportunity for college students pursuing degrees in psychology, education, social work, speech therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, ABA, or other related fields.
Position Details:
- Choose Part-time with a flexible schedule or Full-time hours with three days off per week
- Day, Evening and Weekend hours available
- Work one-on-one with young adults with autism
- Support participation in community activities, daily living skills, social interaction, and recreational opportunities
- Make a meaningful difference while gaining valuable hands-on experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism is required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license as driving clients is required
- Patient, energetic, and dependable
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to commit for at least one year (this is not a temporary or summer position)
