Job description:
Manufacturing assembler in the medical device field will perform various manufacturing tasks in a cleanroom environment in support of company goals, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to produce products and components.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assemble assigned product parts and sub-assemblies in accordance with production guidelines.
- Perform spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
- Ability to read and follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and work procedures (WP).
- Notify management of quality, process, or product discrepancies and equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures, paying special attention to safety regulations.
- Wear personal protective equipment, as required.
- Rotate through different tasks in the assembly process.
- Ensure that the products assembled meet quality standards and reject the products outside of specifications.
- Set up and operation of injection molding equipment.
- Perform equipment startup and shutdown following written procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain the cleanroom environment in accordance with established procedures.

- Injection molding experience preferred

Salary commensurate with experience

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
